LatixEngine is an extension of mermaid diagramming tool. It is used to draw architecture diagrams with native AWS, Azure, and GCP icons.

Mermaid Architecture diagrams allow you to draw nothing more than basic diagrams. LatixEngine elevates the power of Mermaid to bring you the capability to draw fully fledged, informative cloud architecture diagrams.

No. LatixEngine runs entirely in your browser. There is nothing to install, no CLI, and no build step. Just open the editor and start writing.

§Icons & themes

LatixEngine ships with over 200 icons covering AWS, Azure, GCP, generic infrastructure, and common software components. The set is growing with every release.

Not in the current version. Custom icon support (via SVG upload or URL reference) is on the roadmap.

Click the theme toggle button (sun/moon icon) in the top toolbar. LatixEngine supports light and dark themes, and your preference is saved in local storage.

.Yes. LatexEngine is free. There are no paid tiers, usage limits, or premium features behind a paywall.

We are planning to introduce a paid version down the road. The paid feature will be applied for advanced features to be introduced in the product roadmap
